Parallel Jaw Grip optimizes the jaw length based on the GTA type to increase its contact area with the cable. This design improves the clamping force while effectively protecting the cable surface from damage. Its flexible lever design allows easy opening even in large specifications, reducing operator fatigue. This product has undergone rigorous quality testing, and each piece has been manually activated to ensure its usability. It is suitable for a variety of cable types such as copper cables, insulated cables, pull wires, wire ropes, ABC wires, bare aluminum wires, ACSR, ACSS, AAC, etc. In addition, the galvanizing process is used to enhance corrosion resistance, and it is made of high-strength alloy steel and equipped with a double-sided locking design to effectively prevent the cable from slipping from the side, ensuring safety and durability.

Make the Mold:

Make Samples:


Strict testing procedures are implemented from the sample trial stage, and key parameters are verified using equipment such as three-coordinate measuring machines. The mass production process uses multiple forging production lines, and the intelligent monitoring system ensures that the error between each batch of products and samples is controlled within ±0.05mm‌.


Mass Production:


Equipped with multiple forging production lines, the daily production capacity can reach 8,000 pieces. Adopting the JIT production management model, the regular order delivery cycle is compressed to 30 working days‌.

 

Heat Treatment:


Heat treatment is carried out according to the actual requirements of Parallel Jaw Grip to meet the use standards.

 

Finishing:


Closed die forging technology increases material utilization to 85%, reducing waste by 15% compared with traditional processes; the CNC machining center adopts an adaptive cutting system, and the dimensional accuracy of key assembly surfaces is controlled within the range of ±0.02mm.

 

Packaging:


The parallel jaw grip is packed with rust-proof packaging, and use shock-resistant buffer cartons, and overweight products are equipped with reinforced steel-belted wooden boxes. Through simulated transportation test verification, the product integrity rate has been increased to 99.7%.
