HULK Metal fully leverages the mechanical advantages of carbon steel through hot forging. We customize forging parameters to achieve a perfect balance between strength, ductility, toughness, and fatigue resistance. Utilizing both open and closed die forging processes, we eliminate segregation, reduce porosity, and improve mechanical properties along the grain direction. Combined with precise temperature control, we ensure consistent yield strength, tensile strength, and impact toughness to meet the demands of demanding industrial applications.

HULK Metal maximizes machinability while controlling cost and dimensional accuracy. Low-carbon steel grades such as 1008, 1015, 1018, and 1020 exhibit excellent machinability in the forged state and typically require no additional heat treatment. Medium- and high-carbon steels, including 1025, 1030, and 1045, require heat treatment such as normalizing, annealing, quenching, or tempering before machining to achieve the required hardness and strength. All forgings undergo rough machining, with final dimensional errors controlled within 3 mm, significantly reducing subsequent CNC machining time.

HULK Metal's Quality Control Center operates strictly according to the ISO 9001 quality management system, monitoring every step from raw materials to final delivery. Mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact strength, and fatigue performance are verified according to established standards. Ultrasonic testing ensures internal integrity, and dimensional inspections are performed after machining to confirm that dimensional tolerances and surface conditions meet requirements.
