Our hot forging factory is equipped with forging presses of various capacities, including 1000T, 630T, 400T, and 200T hot die forging presses, allowing us to manufacture parts in a wide range of sizes and complexities. This flexible tonnage range enables efficient processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, and diverse alloy materials, ensuring optimal forming conditions for each application. By matching press capacity to material type and component geometry, we achieve stable metal flow, dense internal structure, and consistent mechanical properties. Our controlled forging processes support both customized designs and volume production, delivering high-strength, reliable forged components for demanding industrial applications.

Our machining Center provides high-precision finishing services that seamlessly integrate with the forging process. Equipped with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, along with high-speed lathes and milling machines, we are capable of machining complex geometries and maintaining tight tolerances. Advanced equipment allows us to perform turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and contour machining with exceptional accuracy. Each operation is carefully programmed and monitored by experienced technicians, ensuring dimensional consistency, smooth surface finishes, and reliable assembly performance for both prototype and mass-produced forging parts.

Our Quality Control Center is fully equipped to ensure product reliability from raw material to final delivery. Inspection covers incoming material verification, in-process inspection, and final quality assessment, guaranteeing full compliance with technical requirements. The quality laboratory is equipped with hardness testers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), spectrometers, ultrasonic testing systems, and other advanced inspection tools. These instruments enable precise measurement of dimensions, material composition, internal defects, and mechanical properties. Supported by standardized inspection procedures and detailed documentation, our quality system ensures consistent performance and dependable quality for every forged and machined component.
